I love Riverland Community College for the interaction I get to have with our students and student athletes. My mission is to help all students excel and move in the direction of their goals. Physical Education/Health/Exercise Science is such a great field because it promotes life long enjoyment in overall personal wellness. My goal has always been to personally set an example of striving for fitness and wellness. I am so fortunate to have a career that encompasses physical activity and health, and I get to share that passion with others.

I am a huge sports fan along with my husband and 7 children (ages 10-30.) The majority of my free time is spent watching my kids sporting events. When I'm not watching sports I enjoy working out, music, reading and walking our family dog.
